Yugadi Festival Celebration in RVK – Davangere
Davangere, Mar. 18: Yugadi festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. Students explained about the importance of Yugadi, its traditions. Teacher Smt. Suma gave a speech and highlighted the values of welcoming the new year with positivity, discipline and gratitude. Students performed a cultural dance.
Railway Protection Force Awareness Program at RVK – Davanagere
Davangere, Mar. 16: A Railway Protection Force awareness program was conducted at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. The program started with the instrumental music of the Vande Mataram marching tune / Vande Mataram. Sri A. Konda Reddy, PSI, Davangere Railway Police Station (RPF), South Western Railway, Mysuru Division, was the guest of honour for this program. Smt. Navya K.L., a woman constable of RPF, Bengaluru Headquarters, participated as the resource person for the program. Students of classes 9 and 10 actively participated in this program.
Yellow Day Celebration in RVK – Davangere
Davanagere, Mar. 7: Pre-primary children of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere celebrated Yellow Day. The entire environment was filled with yellow colour, and the little ones came dressed in different shades of yellow.

Davangere, Mar. 7: An awareness programme on NDPS Act and drug abuse was conducted for students of classes 9 and 10 at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. PSI Law and Order, KTJ Nagar Police Station, Sri Shivanand S. Darenavar addressed the students and gave valuable information about the NDPS Act and the harmful effects of drug abuse.

Day 1:
The dignitaries inaugurated the festival by watering the plants Under the guidance of Smt. Shaila and Ku. Radhika, students of classes 4 and 5 performed a short play explaining the importance of Ram Setu. Under the guidance of Ku. Deepa, students of classes 2 and 3 presented a dance. Smt. Soumya delivered an inspiring speech.
