Davangere, Jun. 2: An awareness programme on drug abuse was conducted at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere to educate students and teachers about the harmful effects of drug addiction and the importance of leading a healthy and responsible life.
• Students of classes 8 and 9 participated.
• Smt. Rekha and Sri Manjunath, KTJ Nagar Police Station, were present as resource persons.
• The resource persons highlighted the various types of drug abuse, its adverse effects on physical and mental health and the social consequences faced by individuals, families and society.
• Through informative examples and real-life incidents, they stressed the importance of making wise choices, resisting peer pressure and staying away from harmful substances.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಜೂ. 2: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ವ್ಯಸನದ ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲು ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ದುರುಪಯೋಗದ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• 8 ಮತ್ತು 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
• ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೇಖಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಕೆಟಿಜೆ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ, ಇವರು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
• ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ, ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದರ ದುಷ್ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು, ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಕ್ತ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನೈಜ ಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ, ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ, ಗೆಳೆಯರ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
