Davangere, Jan. 9-10: Teachers’ Refresher Training Programme (TOP–4) was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere with the objective of strengthening the professional capabilities of teachers and reinforcing the philosophy of holistic education.The programme focused on five-faceted education, child behaviour and development, subject-wise enrichment of education and the evolving role of teachers in 21st century education. In the inaugural address, Sri Jayanna, Secretary, RVK and a member of all Rashtroththan schools, stressed the importance of value-based and child-centred education. Later, Sri Ranganath, Convener, RVK and Principal, HBH, spoke and highlighted the responsibility of teachers in shaping disciplined, confident and compassionate learners. Highlights of the two-day programme: The orientation included rich and interactive sessions conducted by experienced resource persons:
Panchamukhi Shiksha – A Framework for Holistic Education by Mr. Ranganath highlighted the balanced development of physical, emotional, intellectual, mental and spiritual aspects of the learner.
Smt. Ashwini Harsha focused on understanding child behaviour and development, age-appropriate behaviour, emotional needs and classroom strategies.
Smt. Manjula Veeranna on Growth Mindset and Reflective Teaching Practices. She emphasised on adaptability in continuous learning and teaching.
Different teaching and 21st century learning approaches by various resource persons provided subject-wise insights into English, Hindi, Kannada, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Computer Science. The sessions were interactive and practical, encouraging teachers to think about classroom practices and adopt innovative approaches. In the concluding program, Middle Wing Coordinator Smt. Shwetha presented a comprehensive report of the two-day TOP–4 program. Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training, all RVK schools, addressed the gathering and emphasized on the key skills required by 21st century children. She shared real-life examples to guide teachers in nurturing critical thinking, creativity, communication and character building. Teachers actively shared their feedback and experiences. They expressed that the program was insightful, motivating and practically useful for classroom implementation.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಜ. 9-10: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ತತ್ವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು (TOP–4) ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ವಿಷಯವಾರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು 21 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವಿಕಸನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ RVKಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಂತರ RVKಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು HBHನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ಧ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶಗಳು:
ಅನುಭವಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು:
ಶ್ರೀ ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ – ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ದೈಹಿಕ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ, ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಸಮತೋಲಿತ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿತು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ಹರ್ಷ ಅವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ವಯಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿಯ ತಂತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರಿಂದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿತ ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು. ಅವರು ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು 21ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್, ಹಿಂದಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ, ಗಣಿತ, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಷಯವಾರು ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದವು. ಅವಧಿಗಳು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದವು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀನ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವಂತಿದ್ದವು. ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಡಲ್ ವಿಂಗ್ ಸಂಯೋಜಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ವೇತಾ ಅವರು ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ TOP–4 ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು 21 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿಮರ್ಶಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿಂತನೆ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ, ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲು ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ, ಪ್ರೇರಕ ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
