Davanagere, Jan. 12: National Youth Day, marking the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere. In her speech, Smt. Shwetha S. explained in detail the life of Swami Vivekananda, his visionary thoughts, and the inspiring messages he gave to the youth. She eloquently described how Vivekananda awakened the spirit of Indian culture, self-confidence, service, and patriotism among young people. She called upon the students to adopt his ideals in their daily lives.

The students dressed up as Srinivasa Ramanujan, spoke a few sentences about the importance of Mathematics Day and Ramanujan’s achievements and beautifully explained Ramanujan’s Magic Square.
