Davanagere, Jan. 30: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere successfully conducted a ceremonial program as part of Swachh Sarvekshana – 2025 Abhiyan organized by Mahanagara Palike, Davanagere. Health Inspector Sri Jayaprakash participated in this program as the chief guest and created awareness about the importance of cleanliness among children. He explained the children in detail about the need for a clean environment, ways to maintain cleanliness in public places and the duties of every citizen. His team members were also present on the occasion and supported the program. During the program, Sri Manjunath, the principal of the school, explained the importance of cleanliness to the children, the method of separating dry garbage and green garbage, the need for segregation of garbage at home and school and how cleanliness can protect health. Later, the students recited a pledge on cleanliness and a message was given that everyone should join hands to create a clean environment.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಜ. 30: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಸರ್ವೇಕ್ಷಣೆ – 2025 ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ವಿಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರು (ಹೆಲ್ತ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್) ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಪರಿಸರದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ನಾಗರಿಕನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೂ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಅವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ಒಣ ಕಸ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿ ಕಸವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ, ಮನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಸ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಸಿ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಪರಿಸರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
