Davangere, Aug. 19: An orientation session was conducted for students of classes 8 to 10 at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere under the leadership of Smt. Umadevi, Prajapita Brahma Kumari Samaj.
- The session focused on creating awareness among the students about the importance of healthy choices and staying away from drugs, harmful substances, bad habits and negative influences.
- She stressed the importance of discipline, self-control, positive thinking, healthy routines and good lifestyle choices for overall well-being.
- Smt. Umadevi praised the school’s daily prayer system to nurture discipline, values and positive thoughts and the practice of giving Aashirvachana (blessings) to students as a meaningful way of imparting values on their birthdays.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಆ. 19: ರಾಷ್ಟೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 8 ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾದೇವಿ, ಪ್ರಜಾಪಿತಾ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಕುಮಾರಿ ಸಮಾಜ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಸೆಷನ್ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾದಕ ದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳು, ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು, ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವತ್ತ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿತು.
- ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಸ್ವಯಂ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿಂತನೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ದಿನಚರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಮಾದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಲು ಶಾಲೆಯ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಬ್ಬದಂದು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವಚನ (ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ) ನೀಡುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
