Davangere, Apr. 4: Primary Health Centre Nittuvalli organized a vaccination program for girls who have completed 14 years of age herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere.
*The students were vaccinated against Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The health staff explained that this vaccine protects against serious diseases like cervical cancer. The doctors and health staff told the students about the importance of vaccination, its benefits and safety. The students were encouraged to get vaccinated without any fear.
*The principal was present and gave motivational speeches emphasizing the importance of children’s health.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಏ. 4: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಿಟ್ಟುವಳ್ಳಿ ಇವರ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 14 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
*ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ Human Papillomavirus (ಎಚ್ಪಿವಿ) ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಗರ್ಭಾಶಯ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ನಂತಹ ಗಂಭೀರ ರೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ವೈದ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಅದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
*ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿ ಪ್ರೇರಣಾದಾಯಕ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
