Davanagere, Feb. 14: A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) focusing on the theme “Understanding Beyond Classroom Challenges” was conducted herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere.
The session was led by Sri Shashidar Biradar, Vice Principal, RVK. He provided valuable insights on how to effectively handle real-life classroom situations.
The session began with an interactive discussion on common classroom challenges that teachers face in their daily teaching practices.
Teachers actively participated and openly shared various challenges they face. Such as managing diverse learning abilities, maintaining discipline, engaging students, completing the syllabus on time and ensuring effective communication.
Sri Shashidar Biradar guided the teachers with practical strategies and thoughtful approaches to overcome these challenges. He stressed the importance of patience, empathy, innovative teaching methods and continuous self-improvement.
Objectives of the session:
• To identify and understand everyday classroom challenges.
• To encourage teachers to share experiences and best practices.
• To develop practical strategies for effective classroom management.
• To enhance teachers’ problem-solving and communication skills.
• To promote a positive and student-cantered learning environment.

ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಫೆ. 14: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ “ತರಗತಿಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ (FDP) ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಬಿರಾದಾರ್, ಉಪ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ, ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಅವರು ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ನಿಜ ಜೀವನದ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು, ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಬಿರಾದಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ವಿಧಾನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ತಾಳ್ಮೆ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ, ನವೀನ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಸ್ವಯಂ-ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು:
• ದೈನಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅನುಭವಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವುದು.
• ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು.
• ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಕಲಿಕಾ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು.
ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು:
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು.
• ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ತರಗತಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಹೊಸ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತರು.
• ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಅರಿವು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಿತು.
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಬಲವರ್ಧಿತ ಸಹಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ.
• ನವೀನ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬೋಧನಾ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ.
• ಎಫ್ಡಿಪಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಕ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದೈನಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಯ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಸಾಧನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.
