Davanagere, Sept 23-26: Swadeshi Saptaha was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere.
First Day: The program started with flower laying ceremony.
Students explained the importance of indigenous materials and the benefits of using them. The students talked about the origin of Khadi cloth and its significance.Program concluded the with the slogan ‘Use indigenous materials and boycott foreign materials’.
Second Day: Students dressed in Khadi gave detailed information about the Swadeshi movement. In his words, students eloquently demonstrated that the use of indigenous materials will make our country economically stronger. Students convinced everyone that before we buy any product, we should know about the country where it is made, we should buy the products of our country and contribute to the upliftment of the country. They said that not become mad to foreign object, one should buy local products.The program ended with a call that henceforth we should all use indigenous materials compulsorily.
Third day: Students dressed up as Ayurvedic experts Charaka and Sushruta grabbed everyone’s attention. He talked about the concept of Ayurveda, how Ayurveda has grown and its importance etc.The program concluded with the slogan Ayurveda is the divine medicine of mankind.
Last Day: Various programs were organized by the teachers as part of the last day of the Swadeshi Saptaha programme. The children started the program by singing a Swadeshi folk song in their melodious voice. The children of the second class stepped on the stage dressed in Swadeshi clothes and it was as if everyone was called to wear Swadeshi clothes. The students talked about the use of indigenous materials, their importance, benefits to the country etc. through conversation.The children performed Bharatanatyam, one of the cultural indigenous arts of the country.The program was concluded with the motto “Use indigenous materials, wear indigenous clothes, enrich the country”.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 23-26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವದೇಶೀ ಸಪ್ತಾಹವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮೊದಲ ದಿನ: ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ ಅವುಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ಅನುಕೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಖಾದಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಉಗಮ ಅದರ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ವಿದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸಮಾಪ್ತಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಖಾದಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆತೊಟ್ಟು ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಚಳುವಳಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನ ಬಳಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೊಗಸಾಗಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಅದು ತಯಾರಾದ ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವಿರಬೇಕು, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವೇ ಖರೀದಿಸಿ ದೇಶದ ಉನ್ನತಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ವಿದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮರುಳಾಗದೆ, ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನ ಖರೀದಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಾದರೂ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಮೂರನೇ ದಿನ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಚರಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಶ್ರುತರ ವೇಷ ಭೂಷಣವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದರು. ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ, ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಬೆಳೆದು ಬಂದ ರೀತಿ ಅದರ ಮಹತ್ವ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಆಯುರ್ವೇದವು ಮಾನವನ ದಿವ್ಯಔಷಧವು ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನ: ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಸಪ್ತಾಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸುಮಧುರ ಕಂಠದಿಂದ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಜಾನಪದ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನ ಹಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಎರಡನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಉಡುಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನೇ ಧರಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಕೊಟ್ಟಂತಿತ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ, ಅವುಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಅದರಿಂದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗುವ ಲಾಭ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನ ಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಾಡಿನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಕಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಬಳಸೋಣ, ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ಉಡುಪನ್ನೇ ಧರಿಸೋಣ, ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮಂತಗೊಳಿಸೋಣ ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಗೊಂಡಿತು
