Davanagere, Mar. 29: Yugadi festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere. Under the guidance of Smt. Shobha, the children of class 9 sang the Yugadi song about the arrival of spring. Smt. Aishwarya, a Sanskrit language teacher, told the children in detail about the importance of Yugadi festival and the background of the celebration.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಮಾ. 29: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಆಚರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶೋಭ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ 9 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಸಂತ ಋತುವಿನ ಆಗಮನ ಕುರಿತು, ಯುಗಾದಿ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯ ಅವರು ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆ, ಕುರಿತು ಸವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
