Vani Raghavan: Panchamukhi Shiksha (Holistic Learning):<br \/>\nPanchamukhi Shiksha focuses on the overall development of the child. It emphasizes on the balanced development of physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. Teachers were encouraged to provide learning that nurtures the whole personality of the students, not just their academic performance.<br \/>\n*Smt. Gautami and Smt. Gayatri: Every Child Can Learn:<br \/>\nThe session reinforced the belief that every child has the potential to learn when given the right support, environment and teaching methods. Different learning styles, individual differences and inclusive teaching strategies were discussed. Teachers were motivated to adopt flexible methods to build confidence in students and reach all learners.<br \/>\n*Smt. Vani Raghavan and Smt. Madhlika: Values in Everyday Teaching:<br \/>\nThe importance of integrating values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, compassion and discipline into everyday teaching was highlighted. Practical examples showed how values can be naturally embedded in lessons, classroom interactions and teacher behaviour, enabling students to develop strong good manners along with knowledge. The teacher refresher training programme was successfully conducted and focused on strengthening teachers\u2019 understanding of holistic and value-based education. The sessions were interactive, meaningful and practical for classroom application. The training was informative and inspiring. It helped teachers reflect on their teaching practices and reinforced the importance of holistic education, inclusive learning and value-based teaching.
