Gautami and Smt. Madhulika. Where teachers focused on the effective use of learning tools to promote practical, child-centred education. The sessions emphasized on creating an engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Another important session was on understanding child behaviour and development. This session provided valuable insights into the mental and emotional needs of children at different developmental stages. It helped teachers to better support students in their learning journey. The session was conducted by Smt. Vani and Smt. Gayatri. The special session titled \u201cInner Journey \u2013 Personal Growth and Emotional Balance for Teachers\u201d highlighted the importance of self-awareness, emotional stability and mental well-being in the teaching profession. Teachers were encouraged to reflect on their inner growth to become more effective, compassionate and balanced teachers. The session was conducted by Smt. Gautami Math and Smt. Gayatri Math.
