The puja program was performed with the chanting of Veda Mantra under the leadership of the chief priest Sri Chidambara Bhat.<br \/>\nThe secretary of the organization, Sri Jayanna, gave an insight into the<br \/>\nwork carried out by Rashtrotthana Parishath and explained the<br \/>\nimportance of literacy. The Swamiji explained the cultural importance of literacy and said that if the value of education is combined with Indian tradition, the culture becomes rich. The children danced to the song \u2018Devi Sharade\u2019. A prayer to Ganesha was sung.
