Davangere, Oct 14-15: The teacher rejuvenation workshop -3 for the academic year 2024-25 was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. The workshop was started with lamp lighting, flower arrangement and school prayers. Later, Sri Jayanna, the Secretary of the organization and the administrative head of the Northern Division, told about the educational objectives of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra and the importance of teacher rejuvenation workshop.
First day:
Period-1: Technology Integration
Shashidhar Biradar, Vice-Principal, Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere and Manjunath Warnekar, Computer Teacher, gave a practical explanation of the measures to develop qualitative and dynamic skills by implementing technology in learning and teaching.
Period-2: Collaborative Approach
Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training, Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra said, “Cooperative learning is a process where students study in groups to optimize their learning outcomes. This helps them understand new concepts.”
Period-3: Professionalism
Sri C G Dinesh, President of Anmol Vidyassintha, Davanagere said, “Teaching profession is sacred. Every teacher should incorporate professionalism in their teaching profession, only then can they become the best teachers and seize the opportunities.”
Period-4: Open dialogue
Sri Jayanna, Secretary and Head of North Division of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Davanagere, spoke about 1. “Who is an employee? Who is an activist? The difference between them, the factors that make an employee from an employee to an activist, 2. How to move from commitment to maturity? 3. About the cultured characteristics of ideal students of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra”.
Second day:
Period-1: Birsa Munda
Sri Harish, District Propagator of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Davangere said, “Birsa Mundara, who fought in India’s freedom struggle and sacrificed his life in his very short life, gave interesting points about the service spirit, social concern and awareness about freedom”.
Period-2: Competency based Approach
Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training, Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, “conveyed perfect information through group discussions about the modern methods adopted in learning and teaching and the factors that help interesting learning of students in today’s age of science and technology”.
Period-3: Competency based Assessment-
Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, gave information through group discussions and activities on topics such as worksheet preparation, blue map making and question paper preparation which would be helpful for teacher teaching”.
Lesson Plan – Sri Shashidhar Biradar, Vice Principal, Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Davanagere explained the steps of lesson planning through the elements, “A lesson plan is a teacher’s guide for conducting a particular lesson. It is an essential part of teaching. A lesson plan helps to meet the learning objectives, organize necessary activities, materials and assessments.”
Period-4: Model Lessons – Micro Teaching- Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, and Sri Shashidhar Biradar, Vice Principal of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Davanagere explained the points on how teachers should skilfully adopt the methods of elementary teaching to make their teaching interesting through group discussion and activity based.
Scholastic Teachers Smt. Roopaswamy, Vice Principal, Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere informed the teachers of this department about the aspects of adopting communication skills in the school and in the classroom.
Closing Ceremony: In the closing ceremony, Smt. Manjula Veeranna, Head of Training of National Vidya Kendra, told how the knowledge elements of the teacher’s refresher workshop should be utilized in classroom teaching. Then subject wise teachers shared their experiences. Later, Sri Jayanna, the secretary of the organization, spoke about the importance of the teacher rehabilitation workshop and the objectives of building a strong society by incorporating the lessons learned in the workshop.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 14-15: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2024-25 ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಮೂರನೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ ದೀಪ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನ,ಪುಪ್ಪಾರ್ಚಾನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮೊದಲ ದಿನ:
ಅವಧಿ-1: Technology Integration
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಬಿರಾದಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ವರ್ಣೇಕರ್ ಅವರು ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಅವಧಿ-2: Collaborative Approach
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು “ಸಹಯೋಗ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಪಡಿಸಲು ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ನವೀನ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥೈಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಅವಧಿ-3: Professionalism
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಅನ್ಮೋಲ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿಜಿ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಅವರು ” ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದುದು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆಯನ್ನು ಮೈಗೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ದಕ್ಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅವಧಿ-4: ಮುಕ್ತ ಸಂವಾದ
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು 1. “ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಯಾರು? ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಯಾರು? ಅವರ ನಡುವಣ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿತನದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾಗುವ ಅಂಶಗಳು, 2. ಬದ್ಧತೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧತೆಯೆಡೆಗೆ ಸಾಗುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? 3. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಆದರ್ಶ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಭರಿತ ಗುಣಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು”.
ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನ:
ಅವಧಿ-1: ಬಿರ್ಸಾ ಮುಂಡಾ
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹರೀಶ್ ಅವರು “ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಅತ್ಯಲ್ಪ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಿರ್ಸಾ ಮುಂಡಾರ ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಸ್ವಾರಸ್ಯಕರ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು”.
ಅವಧಿ-2: Competency based approach
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು “ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಆಧುನಿಕ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದಿನ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಯುಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕವಾಗುವ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗುಂಪು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು”.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕವಾಗುವಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರತಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವಿಕೆ, ನೀಲ ನಕ್ಷೆ ರಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳ ತಯಾರಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಗುಂಪು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು”.
ಅವಧಿ-4: Lesson plan
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಬಿರಾದಾರ್ ಅವರು “ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಕಲಿಕಾಂಶಗಳ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು, ಅಗತ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಅವಧಿ-5: Model lessons-micro teaching
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಹಾಗೂ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಬಿರಾದಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಣು ಬೋಧನೆಯ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೌಶಲಭರಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗುಂಪು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
Scholastic Teachers: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೂಪಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಮಾರೋಪ: ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಜ್ಞಾನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ತರಗತಿ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ವಿಷಯವಾರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಂತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ “ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿತ ಕಲಿಕಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸದೃಢ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
