Davangere, Jan. 6-13: Samarth Bharat Parva program was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. On the first day of the program, Smt. Varada spoke about Samarth Bharat Parva and explained the significance of India’s growth as a global guru through Vedic mythology and culture. As part of the second day, Sri Seshadri Rao spoke about the importance of Indian literature and the importance of Indian spiritual culture, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, and Mahabharata. As part of the third day, Sahana Hosamath of 8th class spoke about spiritual India, the meaning of spirituality, the inner knowledge of a person, the efforts and thoughts to know one’s soul. As part of the fourth day, Sri Kantaraj, the physical teacher of the school explained about Kreeda Bharath. They told about the importance of sports to develop physical and mental fitness through sports. Also told about the necessity of sports activities in daily life. They said education and sports are two sides of the same coin; There are several organizations that play a role in providing sports training; They explained the importance of winning and losing in sports participation. As part of the final day, Smt. Sneha Kulkarni on Scientific India gave a detailed account of the progress made in the field of science from ancient scientific India to modern India. Then the children performed the Navadurga dance. Later, as part of the National Youth Day, Dhruva Manvit Basavaraj, Chandana Gowda, Dhruva, Vismaya Karani, Srinidhi dressed as Swami Vivekananda and spoke the words of Vivekananda. Kumari Lakshmi DA spoke about the life history of Swami Vivekananda and his influence on the social and cultural traditions of our nation.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಜ. 6-13: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಭಾರತ ಪರ್ವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿನ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವರದಾ ಅವರು ಸಮರ್ಥ ಭಾರತ ಪರ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಗರ್ಭಿತವಾಗಿ ವೈದಿಕ ಪುರಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಾರತ ವಿಶ್ವಗುರುವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿರುವುದರ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿ ರಾವ್ ಅವರು ಭಾರತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಅಪಾರವಾದದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಧರ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ ರಾಮಾಯಣ ಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಮೂರನೇ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಭಾರತ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಸಹನ ಹೊಸಮಠ ರವರು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕತೆಯ ಅರ್ಥ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಂತರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡೆ ಒಂದೇ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖವಿದ್ದಂತೆ; ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವಿದೆ; ಕ್ರೀಡಾಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲು ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಸ್ವಾರಸ್ಯದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಭಾರತದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರಾತನ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಭಾರತದಿಂದ ನವೀನ ಭಾರತದೆಡೆಗೆ ನಡೆದು ಬಂದ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಂತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನವದುರ್ಗೆಯರ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯುವ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಛದ್ಮ ವೇಷದಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕು. ಧ್ರುವ ಮನ್ವಿತ್ ಬಸವರಾಜ್, ಚಂದನ ಗೌಡ, ಧ್ರುವ, ವಿಸ್ಮಯ ಕರಣಿ, ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿ ಅವರುಗಳು ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ನುಡಿಮುತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕುಮಾರಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಡಿ ಎ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಜೀವನ ಚರಿತ್ರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಭಾವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
