Davangere, Nov. 1: The 69th Karnataka Rajyotsava was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere. The Flag was hoisted and the National Anthem and Nadageete were sung. The Secretary, Sri Jayanna, in his introductory remarks, praised the uniqueness, importance, language style and Kannada literature of Karnataka. He created awareness that Kannada is a strong, simple and beautiful language and should be preserved and cultivated. Then Smt. Manjula, Head of Kannada Language spoke and described the history of Kannada Nadu, Nudi and culture. Music teachers and students performed group singing in the program.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ನ. 1: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 69ನೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಡಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲಾಕಾಯ೯ದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡುತ್ತ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟತೆ, ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ, ಭಾಷಾಶೈಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಲು ಸರಳ, ಸುಂದರ ಭಾಷೆ; ಇದನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸೋಣ ಎಂಬ ಜಾಗೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡು, ನುಡಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಕುರಿತು ವರ್ಣಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೂಹಗಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಗೀತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
