Davanagere, Apr. 10: A blood donation camp and Mahavir Jayanti were organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davangere in collaboration with Rashtrotthana Blood Centre – Hubli and Rashtrotthana Parivara – Davangere. In his introductory remarks, Sri Jayanna, the secretary of the organization and the administrative head of Rashtrotthana CBSC Schools in the Northern Zone of Karnataka, explained the service spirit of the Rashtrotthana Blood Centre, one of the service projects of the Rashtrotthana Parishat, and the importance of blood donation. He also recalled the importance of the Jayanti celebration of Vardhamana Mahavir, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism, who preached the essence of Ahimso Paramo Dharma: The essence of his Trikarana Shuddhi, and the contribution of Jainism to the world.35 units of blood were donated by the Rashtrotthana Parivara of Davangere to the Rashtrotthana Blood Centre in Hubli.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಏ. 10: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ರಕ್ತಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಶಿಬಿರ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಾವೀರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಉತ್ತರ ವಲಯದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟೋತ್ಥಾನ ರಕ್ತ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಾರ್ಥಕತ್ವದ ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತದಾನದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೇ ಅಹಿಂಸೋ ಪರಮೋ ಧರ್ಮ: ಸಾರವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ತ್ರಿಕರಣ ಶುದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾರಿದ ಜೈನ ಧರ್ಮದ 24 ನೇ ತೀರ್ಥಂಕರರಾದ ವರ್ಧಮಾನ ಮಹಾವೀರರ ಜಯಂತ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಪಂಚಕ್ಕೆ ಜೈನ ಧರ್ಮದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು. ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ರಕ್ತಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿವಾರದಿಂದ 35 ಯೂನಿಟ್ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ದಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
