Davanagere, May. 25: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere, and
Rashtrotthana Gokulam organized Aksharabhyasa and Vidyarambha
program for pre-primary children in collaboration.
The program was graced by Sri Immadi Basava Medara Keteshwara
Mahaswamiji, Keteshwara Mahamath, Medara Gurupeetha, Seebara,
Chitradurga. The puja program was performed with the chanting of Veda Mantra under the leadership of the chief priest Sri Chidambara Bhat.
The secretary of the organization, Sri Jayanna, gave an insight into the
work carried out by Rashtrotthana Parishath and explained the
importance of literacy. The Swamiji explained the cultural importance of literacy and said that if the value of education is combined with Indian tradition, the culture becomes rich. The children danced to the song ‘Devi Sharade’. A prayer to Ganesha was sung. The Aksharabhyasa mantra was recited.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಇಮ್ಮಡಿ ಬಸವ ಮೇದಾರ ಕೇತೇಶ್ವರ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ಕೇತೆಶ್ವರ ಮಹಾಮಠ, ಮೇದಾರ ಗುರುಪೀಠ, ಸೀಬಾರ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ, ಅವರು ದಿವ್ಯಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅರ್ಚಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಿದಂಬರ ಭಟ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇದಮಂತ್ರ ಘೋಷಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ
ಪೂಜಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ
ಒಳನೋಟವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದೊಡನೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೌಲ್ಯವು ಬೆರೆತರೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.‘ದೇವಿ ಶಾರದೆ’ ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನರ್ತನ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಗಣೇಶ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲಾಯಿತು.
